Minnesota Oncology is pleased to announce that Khalid Kambal, MD has recently joined our Chaska and Maple Grove clinics.

“Cancer is an unfair, life altering experience. Despite that, our patients never cease to amaze us with their resilience and courage.

I aspire to listen...while trying to walk in their shoes. My ultimate goal, is to educate and empower them to formulate a plan that fits their individual needs.”

Dr. Kambal received his medical degree from Kasr Al Ainy School of Medicine, Cairo University in Egypt. He completed is Internal Medicine Residency and Oncology and Hematology Fellowship at Howard University Hospital in Washington, DC.

Dr. Kambal is originally from the Sudan in NE Africa. He has been in Minnesota since 2010 (USA since 1996). His wife is a dentist. He enjoys spending time with his 4 children, sports, movies and travel.
